Role Overview
This is a full time hybrid role based in Vijayawada, with flexibility for remote work. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for developing and managing content across Joify’s social media platforms.
We are looking for someone who is confident on camera, creative, and deeply understands and is passionate about social media. You will create and publish content across our platforms, work with our video editor, and help us build a strong and relatable presence online.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Loves Instagram and YouTube
- Is expressive and comfortable in front of the camera
- Understands trends and internet/meme culture
- Enjoys experimenting and learning

What You’ll Do
Become the voice/face of Joify and manage how our customers interact with us -
Create Short-Form Content
You will shoot engaging Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, including:
- Talking-head content
- Trend-based videos
- Product storytelling
- Behind-the-scenes content
- Fun, relatable, and viral formats
- You will capture raw footage and collaborate with our video editor to produce high-quality output.
Manage Daily Instagram Stories
You will stay connected with our audience by posting stories daily about:
- New product launches
- Store openings and expansion
- Sampling events and activations
- Behind-the-scenes moments
- Team culture and daily brand life
- Mood and personality of the brand
Host Instagram/Youtube Live Sessions
You will conduct live sessions such as:
- Q&A and community engagement
- Live product tastings
- Factory walkthroughs
- Events and activations
- Interactive sessions with followers

Skills Required
- Strong on-camera presence
- Ability to shoot using a smartphone or basic camera
- Understanding of short-form content
- Good knowledge of how videos are edited
- Great understanding of Instagram and YouTube
- Proficient in Telugu and English
- Fast execution and willingness to experiment

We want someone who can work across multiple content styles and formats, including:
- Product & Craving Content- First bites, sensory videos, comparisons, serving ideas, and flavor storytelling.
- Relatable & Meme Content - Everyday situations, humor, Telugu cultural moments, and social media trends.
- Trend Participation - Adapting trending audio, formats, and viral concepts to our brand.
- Brand Face & Talking-Head Content - Explaining products, storytelling, and educational or fun brand-led content.
- Behind-the-Scenes & Authenticity - Factory, quality, team, and process transparency.
- Retail & Store Discovery - Store visits, new launches, sampling, and local discovery content.
- Community & Engagement Content - Polls, Q&A, UGC, Events, Festivals, Offers, Launches, Collabs with Influencers/Colleges
- Live & Real-Time Content - Factory tours, tastings, and events.
