AdxReel is India's first interactive ad experience platform — where users experience products before buying, creators earn directly from brand campaigns, and advertisers get real purchase intent. We are the missing layer between YouTube's awareness and Google Ads' high-intent search. We are looking for a senior digital marketing leader who can walk into a room with a media agency or a D2C brand CMO and convince them to shift ad budget to AdxReel.

This is AdxReel's most senior marketing hire. You must have sat across from a media agency or brand marketing head and closed a deal — not assisted on one, not supported one. Personally closed one. If you cannot name 3 brands or agencies you have brought in with your own pipeline, this role is not the right fit.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Agency & Advertiser Acquisition:
• Identify and directly approach media agencies, digital marketing agencies, and performance marketing firms across India
• Meet, call, and follow up with brand marketing heads and CMOs of D2C brands, consumer electronics, fashion, and FMCG companies
• Convert agency relationships into active campaign budgets on AdxReel
• Negotiate commercial deals, campaign packages, and long-term agency partnership agreements
• Position AdxReel as the missing layer between YouTube awareness and Google conversion — own this narrative
• Represent AdxReel at industry events, advertising summits, and marketing conferences
• Maintain a live advertiser pipeline in CRM — agency, contact, deal stage, budget, last conversation
Team Leadership:
• Lead the Lead Gen Specialist, Sales Manager, and Product Demo Specialist
• Set weekly and monthly targets and review performance every Monday
• Define outreach scripts, pitch decks, and objection handling guides for the team
• Work with Operations Manager to align advertiser demand with creator supply and campaign capacity
• Report weekly advertiser pipeline health and revenue forecast to Operations Manager
Platform Marketing:
• Build AdxReel's brand presence in India's digital advertising ecosystem
• Own the advertiser-facing pitch deck, case study library, and performance benchmarks
• Develop thought leadership content — LinkedIn articles, speaking opportunities, industry presence
• Oversee performance campaigns that drive advertiser sign-ups

WHO YOU ARE — NON-NEGOTIABLE
• 4+ years in digital marketing, media sales, adtech, or brand partnerships with a proven deal-closing track record
• You have personally brought in advertiser or agency clients — not just managed them
• Deep understanding of India's digital advertising ecosystem — Meta, Google, programmatic, influencer, performance
• Know CPM, ROAS, CPC, CPA, and brand lift — can discuss them fluently with a CMO
• Strong existing network in Indian digital marketing and advertising
• Excellent communicator, negotiator, and presenter
• Comfortable in early-stage startup — you build as you go
• Prior experience at media agency, adtech platform, OTT, or digital media company preferred
