Role Overview

We’re looking for a Content Creator, someone who understands what works on social media, can think in formats, trends, and storytelling—and can also translate those ideas into sharp, engaging copy.

If you instinctively think “this could be a Reel” or “this would make a great post,” you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

• Conceptualize and create content for social media platforms (Reels, short-form videos, posts, etc.)
• Script, storyboard, and execute content from idea to final output
• Write captions, hooks, and short-form copy that complement the content
• Stay updated with trends, pop culture, and viral formats
• Assist in shooting, editing, and producing content
• Collaborate with designers and the creative team to bring ideas to life
• Contribute to campaign ideation with a content-first approach

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate in any relevant field (Mass Comm, Marketing, Media, etc.)
• Strong inclination towards content creation and storytelling
• Hands-on experience or exposure to creating Reels/short-form video content
• Ability to think in formats, trends, and audience-first ideas
• Basic writing skills with the ability to craft engaging captions and scripts
• A proactive, curious mindset with a strong creative instinct

Good to Have

• Personal content page, portfolio, or past content work
• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.)
• Prior internship or experience in digital/content roles
