We’re Hiring: Content Creator Intern-ConnektSphereConnektSphere is looking for creative, execution-focused Content Creator Interns who can ideate, create, edit, and feature in content while leveraging modern AI tools and digital workflows.
This role is not just about posting - it is about owning content end-to-end, understanding trends, and becoming the face and voice of a growing startup brand.

Mode: Remote / Hybrid

Key Responsibilities• Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Plan and execute reels, short videos, and social media campaigns
• Feature in reels/videos and confidently represent the brand on camera
• Write captions, hooks, scripts, and storytelling-based content
• Edit videos using tools like CapCut, VN, Adobe, etc.
• Research trends, viral formats, memes, and audience behavior (Gen Z focused)
• Contribute to weekly content calendars and campaign ideation
• Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity
• Use AI tools and workflows to enhance content creation, ideation, and productivity
• Collaborate with the team on marketing and growth strategies
What We’re Looking For• Strong English communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable being on camera and acting/featuring in reels
• Good video editing skills and familiarity with required tools
• Awareness of social media trends, memes, viral formats, and audience psychology
• Ability to generate creative content ideas consistently
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and content performance
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, design/video AI tools, automation workflows, etc.)
• Willingness to learn, experiment, and adapt quickly
• Professional, sincere, and proactive work attitude
• Ability to work remotely and attend regular/daily team meetings
• Strong time management and commitment to responsibilities
• Interest in working in a fast-paced startup environment
