We are hiring for Content Creator/ Influencer Media Marketer.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy Content Creator & Influencer Marketer who lives and breathes beauty content. This role blends content creation, influencer collaborations, and social media growth to build Lakyou Beauty into a loved digital-first brand.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Create high-quality short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
- Shoot and edit product-focused videos (swatches, tutorials, transitions, ASMR, etc.)
- Develop aesthetic, scroll-stopping visuals aligned with brand identity
- Stay updated with trending formats, sounds, and hooks
Influencer Marketing
- Identify and onboard relevant beauty influencers (micro & macro)
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns (outreach → briefing → execution → tracking)
- Build long-term creator relationships & communities
- Ensure content delivered aligns with brand tone & quality
Social Media Growth
- Plan and execute content calendars
- Optimize posts for engagement, reach & virality
- Analyze performance (views, saves, CTR, conversions)
- Suggest growth hacks & campaign ideas
Creative Direction
- Ideate campaign concepts, product launches & storytelling angles
- Collaborate with designers & performance team
- Bring a strong beauty + aesthetic sensibility
Requirements
- 0–3 years experience in content creation / influencer marketing / social media
- Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok trends
- Basic skills in video editing (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Eye for aesthetics, lighting, and product presentation
- Good communication & coordination skills
