About the Role
This is not a social media scheduling role.
You need to think like a founder, write like a journalist, and move like a creator.
We’re hiring a Content Creator — Founder’s Brand to build and scale the founder’s personal brand across LinkedIn and Twitter/X. You’ll work directly with the founder to turn raw ideas, customer conversations, product insights, meetings, industry trends, and opinions into high-performing content.
This role is part storytelling, part growth, part distribution, and part operator.
You won’t just “post content.” You’ll help shape narrative, influence perception, and build attention around TRUGEN AI and the future of AI teammates.
What You’ll Do
- Build and scale the founder’s personal brand across LinkedIn and Twitter/X
- Create and publish 12 high-quality posts per week
- Develop a sharp, authentic, opinionated founder voice
- Translate internal discussions, product ideas, customer calls, and industry trends into compelling content
- Stay on top of trends across AI, startups, enterprise software, and emerging technology
- Repurpose podcasts, interviews, demos, panels, and events into written content
- Build repeatable content systems, playbooks, templates, and idea pipelines
- Own content distribution, audience engagement, and community interaction
- Track performance metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, and inbound interest
- Continuously test hooks, formats, and narratives to improve performance
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in content writing, ghostwriting, founder branding, or social content
- Exceptional writing and storytelling ability
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn and Twitter/X growth dynamics
- Ability to capture someone else’s voice naturally and authentically
- Strong editorial instincts and understanding of what makes ideas spread
- High ownership, speed, and execution mindset
- Curiosity around AI, startups, enterprise software, and the future of work
Bonus Points
- Active personal brand on LinkedIn or Twitter/X
- Experience ghostwriting for founders or executives
- Experience with short-form video clips, reels, or repurposed content
- Deep interest in AI and startup ecosystems

This is a founder’s storyteller role.
You’ll be close to the conversations, the decisions, the product, and the market — helping turn real insights into content that builds trust, audience, and long-term leverage.
