Scalio is building an AI-native marketing team for small businesses.
We’re looking for someone who sees a product update, customer story, trend, or office moment and immediately thinks: “there’s a great piece of content here.”
You’ll own content end to end: ideas, scripts, shoots, edits, publishing, and performance.
- Create sharp short-form product, educational, founder, UGC, and brand content
- Be confident and natural on camera in English and Hindi
- Use AI heavily for research, scripting, editing, repurposing, and localization
- Understand hooks, pacing, retention, and what makes people keep watching
- Work directly with founders, product, and growth
- Move fast, test often, and turn winning formats into repeatable systems
You should have done this before. Please share a portfolio of videos you have scripted, created, or appeared in (ideally for a startup, product, brand, or creator-led account).
You’ll fit in well if you have strong taste, low ego, high ownership, and can turn rough ideas into content people actually want to watch.
