Whizz HR is hiring for Content Creator in Gurugram :
About the Role: We are looking for a social media proponent who has a keen eye for setting up and running effective campaigns on social platforms like Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest and Snapchat.
Responsibilities:
- Build, monitor and optimize campaign performance on the required social media platforms.
- Develop, implement and manage social media strategies.
- Competent to handle at least 12 - 13 accounts, monthly budgets above $35K.
- Measure the success of campaigns and provide scheduled reporting & analytics.
- Troubleshoot and fix campaign setups and performance issues.
- Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals.
- Keep pace with social media industry trends and developments.
Qualifications:
- Passionate about social media platforms and campaigns.
- Should have hands on experience on Image/Video Ads, Carousel Ads, Dynamic and Catalog Sales Ads.
- Should have knowledge of building full funnel approach audience and build campaigns to improve performance.
- Knowledge on App Install campaigns would be an added advantage.
- Ability to think creatively, identify and resolve campaign issues.
- Attention to detail and effective multi-tasking in a deadline driven environment.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of experience directly managing social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn in particular.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experienced in website analysis by using tools like Google Analytics etc.
