Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Content Creator based in Pune.
The Content Creator will be responsible for transforming real match footage into engaging digital content across platforms.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Creating reels, highlights, and short-form sports content
- Editing real match footage into engaging clips
- Brainstorming and executing content ideas and formats
- Staying updated with sports trends and viral formats
- Collaborating with marketing and product teams to align content with growth goals
Qualifications
- Strong skills in video content creation (Reels, Shorts, Highlights)
- Good understanding of sports culture (cricket, football, padel, badminton, etc.)
- Ability to identify and create high-engagement moments
- Basic editing skills using tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or Canva
- Creative storytelling and strong sense of timing
- Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and social trends
- Ability to work fast, meet deadlines, and iterate quickly
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in sports content creation or social media
- Passion for sports and storytelling
- Portfolio showcasing reels, edits, or video content
