Location: Full-Time In-Office, Gurugram
Experience: 2–4 Years
Employment: Full-Time
Start Date: Immediate / As Soon As Possible
ABOUT THE COMPANY
We are a fast-growing technology company building products at the intersection of AI, marketing, and growth. Our team combines a powerful SaaS platform with a full-service growth offering — helping brands grow their digital presence, improve paid media efficiency, and build durable online authority.
We are expanding our content engine to match our growth. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution — you will create content that explains complex, cutting-edge products in ways that feel effortless, visual, and shareable.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a mid-level Content Creator who can take a creative brief and run with it. You will be responsible for producing high-quality short-form video content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn video) and static creatives for our social presence — primarily Instagram and LinkedIn.
This is a creative execution role with strong ownership. The Head of Marketing will provide strategic direction, messaging, and campaign context. You handle concept refinement, production, shooting (when required), editing, and delivery. You are comfortable on both sides of the camera.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Short-Form Video & Reels
• Produce 6–10 Reels and short-form videos per month for Instagram and LinkedIn, covering product explainers, founder content, educational content, and trending formats
• Shoot video content in-office or at designated locations when required — comfortable operating a phone camera, ring light, and basic audio setup
• Edit all video content using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar — including captions, transitions, music sync, text overlays, and platform-native formatting
• Stay ahead of trending audio, formats, and creator styles; proactively bring these to the team with pitch-ready concepts
Static & Graphic Content
• Design carousel posts, quote cards, product feature graphics, and meme-style content using Canva or Figma
• Adapt brand visual language across formats — ensuring the company identity is consistent and premium across every touchpoint
• Produce thumbnail graphics for YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn video covers
Creative Process & Collaboration
• Receive creative direction from the Head of Marketing and translate it into production-ready concepts within 24 hours
• Participate in weekly content planning sessions; bring format ideas, reference content, and creative angles to the table
• Maintain a content tracker to manage shoot schedules, edit timelines, and delivery deadlines across the content calendar
• Repurpose long-form written content and platform announcements into short-form social formats without losing the core message
Platform & Publishing
• Upload and schedule content natively on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube using Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or equivalent
• Caption writing — sharp, punchy, on-brand — including hashtag research aligned to relevant content themes
• Analyse basic content performance (reach, plays, saves, shares) and flag what is working to inform the next content cycle
WHAT WE PROVIDE
▸ Full creative direction — you will never be left guessing. Every piece starts with a brief.
▸ Brand kit, copy direction, and messaging hierarchy from the Head of Marketing
▸ Basic equipment for in-office shoots (ring light, mic, phone mount) — bring your creativity
▸ Access to Canva Pro, CapCut Pro, and relevant editing tools
▸ A clear content calendar with at least 5 days of lead time per asset
▸ Weekly 1:1 with the Head of Marketing to review, refine, and plan ahead
YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF
• You have 2–4 years of content creation experience with a portfolio showing Reels, short-form video, and static design work
• You can shoot on a phone and make it look intentional — framing, lighting instincts, and basic audio awareness are second nature to you
• You edit fast and clean — a 60-second Reel should not take you more than 3 hours from raw footage to final cut
• You understand that your job is creative execution within a direction, not unbounded self-expression — and you thrive in that structure
• You follow at least 10 creator accounts, know what formats are performing right now, and can tell us why
• You are willing to work full-time, in-office — this is not a remote or hybrid arrangement
• You are comfortable with technology and digital products — you do not need to be an expert, but you must be willing to understand what we do well enough to explain it visually
• You communicate proactively about timelines, blockers, and ideas — no chasing required
