About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and dynamic Content Creator who will be the face of our UGC content while also contributing to content ideation, scriptwriting, and overall content strategy. The ideal candidate should be comfortable on camera, have strong storytelling skills, and understand digital content trends across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. UGC Content Creation (On-Camera):
Be the face of brand content by creating engaging UGC-style videos for social media platforms such as Instagram Reels and other digital platforms. Create authentic, relatable, and brand-aligned content.
2. Scriptwriting:
Research and write engaging scripts for short-form and long-form content including reels, brand videos, ads, explainers, and digital content pieces. Scripts should be creative, engaging, and platform-specific.
3. Content Ideation & Strategy:
Brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas across various formats (long-form, short-form, audio, visual) that resonate with target audiences and support marketing and communication goals.
4. Long-Form Content Creation:
Research and write detailed, narrative-driven scripts for YouTube explainers, documentaries, and IP shows. From emotionally impactful intros to satisfying conclusions, your writing should keep viewers hooked throughout. Tone flexibility is key from newsy and informative to emotional and storytelling-led.
5. Short-Form Content Creation:
Develop engaging and concise short-form content for social media platforms, email marketing, and other digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, sales, design, and video teams to ensure content aligns with overall business objectives and brand guidelines.
7. Content Calendar Management:
Contribute to the planning and execution of content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of content across all platforms.
8. Performance Monitoring:
Track and analyze content performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize future content strategies.
9. Staying Updated:
Stay updated with industry trends, content marketing best practices, social media trends, and emerging content formats.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience
- Domain Expertise: Proven experience in Content Creation.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation and communication. You must be able to articulate ideas clearly and confidently.
