We are looking for a creative, confident, and trend-savvy Content Creator & Social Media Executive to create engaging content and manage the social media presence for Sestra — a modern nightwear brand.
This role involves creating and appearing in reels, shooting/editing content, social media management, trend research, and helping grow the brand through relatable and high-engagement content.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Create, shoot, edit, and appear in Instagram reels and social media content
- Brainstorm trend-based, relatable, and aesthetic content ideas
- Create UGC-style, fashion, lifestyle, and viral content formats
- Coordinate shoots with influencers, models, and creators
- Assist in campaign and launch content planning
Social Media Management
- Manage Instagram and other social media platforms
- Plan and schedule posts/stories
- Write captions and basic copy
- Engage with audience through comments and DMs
- Stay updated with social media trends and competitor content
Brand Growth
- Help increase engagement, followers, and conversions
- Maintain the brand’s aesthetic and tone of voice
- Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns and launches
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in content creation/social media
- Comfortable appearing in front of the camera regularly
- Strong understanding of Instagram trends and reels
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, VN, InShot, etc.)
- Good aesthetic sense and creative thinking
- Energetic, confident, and proactive personality
