Company Description: Qubera is building a personal finance advisory firm.
Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role based in Bengaluru South. The Content Creator will develop and produce engaging content across formats, including articles, social media posts, videos, presentations, and marketing materials. Day-to-day work includes brainstorming ideas with the team, researching topics, drafting and revising content, and adapting messaging for different platforms and audiences. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The Content Creator is also expected to track content performance and suggest improvements to enhance reach and engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong writing and storytelling abilities, with experience creating clear, engaging content tailored to specific audiences.
- Ability to plan and organize content calendars, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic familiarity with social media platforms, digital content trends, and best practices for audience engagement.
- Comfort working with visual assets and collaborating with designers or video editors to produce multimedia content.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to receive and incorporate constructive feedback.
- Attention to detail and commitment to consistency in tone, style, and brand messaging.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing is an advantage.
