We're not hiring a Social Media Manager.
We're hiring the person who's already making reels because they can't help it. The one whose friends say "you should do this professionally." The one who looks at a brand's Instagram and thinks "I could do this better."
We're CytoStack (Previously Qatalyst) an EdTech startup out of Kochi building products in healthcare and medED with AI. Multiple platforms, real users, growing fast.
We don't need a resume full of agency names. We need a portfolio that makes us stop scrolling.
The role: → Content creation across our platforms → reels, shorts, brand storytelling → Build and own the social presence for multiple products → Strategy + execution. Not "just ideation."
You should have: → Your own camera/phone setup (you probably already do) → A personal or professional brand you've built - show us → The instinct to create, not just post.
The deal: → Full-time, based in Kochi → This is a startup. We pay fairly for where we are, and the pay grows as we grow - tied to your performance, not annual review theatre. → If you want Day 1 MNC salary, this isn't it. If you want Day 1 ownership of real products - keep reading.
Why this might be worth it: → You won't be making corporate carousels about "5 tips for productivity" → You'll build brands from scratch across healthcare, education, and AI → Small team = your work ships immediately, not buried in approval chains → When the products grow, you grow. That's not a slogan, that's the structure.
