About the Role
We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy Content Creator who can produce engaging social media content while also building and managing a strong network of influencers for brand collaborations. This role is ideal for someone who understands what works on social media, is comfortable on camera, and can also coordinate with creators to execute impactful content campaigns.
Key Responsibilities –
- Create engaging short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, etc.) aligned with brand tone and guidelines.
- Ideate and execute trend-based, relatable, and concept-driven content.
- Appear on camera when required and present confidently.
- Translate brand briefs into creative video concepts.
- Stay updated with social media trends, audio trends, formats, and challenges.
- Shoot content using mobile/camera setups with basic knowledge of framing and lighting.
- Coordinate with editors/designers for post-production.
- Ensure timely delivery of content as per timelines.
- Identify, research, and build a relevant pool/database of influencers across platforms.
- Reach out to influencers for collaborations and campaign partnerships.
- Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and content guidelines with influencers.
- Act as the point of contact between the brand team and influencers.
- Maintain influencer records and support collaboration planning.
- Assist in tracking content performance and campaign outcomes.
- Open to travelling as per events/ brand requirements.
- To edit and finalise the content.
Skill Requirements –
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and social content formats.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and creator ecosystems.
- Creative mindset with storytelling ability.
- Good communication, networking, and coordination skills.
- Comfortable in front of the camera.
- Basic video shooting knowledge (angles, lighting, framing).
- Organized and detail-oriented .
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment .
- Savy in putting presentations together.
