Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, etc.) and host Podcasts
- Plan, script, and shoot long-form educational and brand videos
- Present content confidently on camera
- Research trends and convert them into valuable content ideas
- Collaborate with the marketing team on content calendars
- Maintain consistency in brand voice and visual quality
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content accordingly
Who we are looking for:
- Confident personality with strong on-camera presence
- Exceptional communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
- Creative mindset with storytelling ability
- Understanding of Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn algorithms
- Basic video editing skills
