Content Creator & Brand Consultant
About the Role
We're looking for talented Content Creators based in Pune to collaborate with us in helping local brands grow through strategic content creation and consulting. This is an exciting opportunity to work with diverse Pune-based businesses while building your portfolio and making a real impact.
What You'll Do
- Create Engaging Content: Develop high-quality content across formats - social media posts, reels, videos, blogs, graphics, and more
- Brand Consulting: Work directly with Pune-based brands to understand their goals and craft content strategies that drive growth
- Strategic Planning: Analyze brand positioning and audience insights to create content that resonates and converts
- Local Expertise: Leverage your understanding of Pune's market, culture, and audience to create locally relevant content
- Collaboration: Partner with our team and client brands to deliver consistent, on-brand content that achieves business objectives

Must-Have:
- Location: Currently based in Pune (non-negotiable)
- Passion for content creation and storytelling
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to learn and grow with brands
- Creative mindset and eye for engaging content
- Portfolio or samples of your work (college projects, personal content, or professional work - all welcome!)
Great to Have:
- Any experience consulting with brands on content strategy
- Knowledge of Pune's business ecosystem and local market
- Skills in video editing, graphic design, or copywriting
- Understanding of content analytics and performance metrics
- Experience with content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Active personal social media presence or content portfolio
