We’re Hiring: Content Creator (Full-Time, On-site)

📍 Ahmedabad

If you can tell in the first three seconds whether a reel will work or flop, this role is for you.

At NetLink India, we’re looking for a Content Creator who understands how content is consumed, not just how it’s uploaded. Someone who thinks about clarity, attention, and the message before hitting record.

This is not a volume-driven role.

It’s about creating content that actually communicates and performs.

What you’ll be working on

• Short-form video content, primarily reels
• A mix of video content, corporate static posts, and carousels
• Brand content for NetLink and selected client projects
• Content that explains, positions, and builds credibility, not just trends

What you’ll do

• Understand the target audience and what they actually want to watch
• Convert ideas and briefs into clear, engaging video content
• Plan shoots with intention, including framing, flow, and message
• Shoot content using a mobile-first approach with a strong camera sense
• Edit videos that hold attention and say something meaningful
• Track trends and decide when to use them and when to skip them
• Balance creativity with structure, clarity, and purpose

What we’re looking for

• 2 - 3 years of experience as a Content Creator
• Strong understanding of short-form video formats
• Hands-on experience with tools like CapCut, VN Editor, Edits, etc.
• Comfortable with mobile shooting and basic camera handling
• A good eye for pacing, visual hooks, and storytelling
• Someone who thinks audience-first, not algorithm-first
• Portfolio that shows clear thinking, not just aesthetic edits

• About posting daily just to stay active
• About blindly following every trend
• About making content with no clear message
