At My DawaiWala (MDW), we're building a healthcare brand that's trustworthy, approachable, and genuinely helpful.
We're not looking for just another content creator.
We're looking for someone who can become the face of My DawaiWala—someone who enjoys creating content, speaking on camera, and helping make healthcare easier to understand for millions of people.

What You'll Do
As our Founding Content Creator, you'll work directly with the founders to create engaging content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and future platforms.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Be the public face of My DawaiWala.
- Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form videos.
- Present educational healthcare and wellness content.
- Brainstorm creative campaign ideas with the founders.
- Participate in product launches, wellness events, and community campaigns.
- Stay updated with social media trends and adapt them for healthcare.
- Help build a brand that people genuinely trust.
Working Schedule
This role is designed for students, aspiring creators, freelancers, and anyone looking to grow with an early-stage startup.
Time Commitment
- Approximately 2 hours per day
- 5 days a week
- One offline shoot day every week with the founders (Kolkata)
- Remaining work can be planned remotely.
Who We're Looking For
You don't need a huge following.
You don't need professional experience.
We're looking for attitude, consistency, and curiosity.
You'll fit in well if you:
- Enjoy speaking in front of a camera.
- Are comfortable creating Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts.
- Have good communication skills.
- Are creative and eager to learn.
- Can communicate in English, Hindi, or Bengali.
- Want to be part of an exciting startup journey.
What We'll Provide
We're an early-stage startup, and while we can't offer a salary at this stage, we are committed to investing in the right creator.
We'll provide:
- Professional wireless microphones and filming accessories.
- Creative direction and content strategy.
- Video editing support.
- Direct mentorship from the founders.

- A collaborative environment where your ideas are heard.
You'll primarily use your own smartphone for filming, while we'll provide the supporting production equipment and guidance.
Trial Process
Finding the right creator is important for both you and us.
Our selection process includes a 4-week Creator Trial.
During this period, a small group of shortlisted creators will work with us to create content and understand how we collaborate.
At the end of the trial, we'll evaluate creativity, consistency, communication, professionalism, and overall fit before selecting our long-term Founding Content Creator.

Agreement
Shortlisted candidates will be required to sign a Creator Agreement covering:
- Roles and responsibilities.
- Confidentiality.
- Content ownership and usage rights.
- Professional conduct.
- Trial period terms.
- Future collaboration terms.
