About MinitureMiniture is a kids’ furniture brand built around creativity, play, and thoughtful design. A big part of how we grow is through consistent, high-quality content and we’re now looking for someone who can help us scale our internal content production.
Role OverviewWe’re looking for a social-first Content Creator who understands what makes people stop scrolling. This role is not about traditional filmmaking - it’s about creating engaging, high-retention short-form content that connects with audiences in a real and relatable way.
If you naturally think in hooks, frames, and storytelling formats for Reels, then this role is for you.
What You’ll DoContent Shoots (Core Responsibility)
- Plan and execute regular in-house shoots in our studio space
- Set up frames, props, and basic styling for clean, engaging shots
- Shoot content using phone/camera for reels and UGC-style videos
Video Editing
- Edit videos using phone editing tools (CapCut, VN, Inshot etc.)
- Edit content with a strong focus on hook, pacing, and retention
- Add basic transitions, text overlays, and ensure content is platform-ready
- Maintain consistency in content quality and style
- Experiment with different content formats, trends, and storytelling styles
Content Production Management
- Help increase output of internal content (focus on volume + consistency)
- Maintain a simple system to track shoots and content created
- Collaborate with the team to execute content ideas quickly and efficiently
Monthly Shoot Planning
- Coordinate larger monthly shoots (location, props, logistics)
- Assist in planning shot lists and execution for these shoots
What We’re Looking For
- 6 months–2 years of experience in content creation / video editing
- Comfortable with shooting + editing on phone-based tools
- Basic understanding of framing, lighting, and what makes a shot look good
- Someone who is hands-on, reliable, and execution-focused
- Based in Mumbai and open to working from our Andheri West studio
