Role Description
We are seeking a versatile and results-oriented Social Media Strategist & Content Creator to lead our brand’s digital presence. This is a dual-function role requiring a rare blend of analytical strategic planning and hands-on creative production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining our social media roadmap while simultaneously serving as the primary creator of our visual and written assets.
Key Responsibility
Content Programming: Manage a cross-platform content calendar, ensuring a consistent and strategic cadence of posts across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and [Other Platforms].
Performance Analytics: Conduct weekly and monthly audits of social performance, translating complex data into actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
Trend Research: Monitor industry shifts and emerging digital trends to keep the brand at the forefront of the social conversation.
End-to-End Production: Independently script, film, and edit high-quality short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and design static assets.
Community Management: Oversee audience interaction and community engagement to foster brand loyalty and high-quality dialogue.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Content Strategy and Content Management
- Skills in Content Development and Web Content Writing
- Strong Writing skills with the ability to create clear, compelling, and engaging content
- Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively on-site
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field(Not mandatory)
- Advanced skills in mobile and desktop editing suites (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, Canva).
