The Role: Social Media ExecutivePurpose of the Role
The Social Media Executive will be responsible for building and managing the company’s digital presence across various social media platforms. The role focuses on creating engaging content, executing impactful campaigns, and driving audience engagement and growth.
The objective is to strengthen brand visibility, generate leads, and support marketing goals through a creative and data-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain company profiles across major social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
- Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions and ensure timely engagement with the audience.
- Maintain consistent brand tone and voice across all social platforms.
2. Content Creation
- Create engaging content including captions, creatives, reels, short videos, and stories.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and internal teams to produce high-quality content.
- Stay updated with latest social media trends and platform updates.
- Optimize content for engagement, reach, and performance.
3. Campaign Management
- Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Support brand awareness and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations and partnerships.
- Track campaign performance and optimize campaigns using insights and analytics.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor key metrics including engagement rate, reach, impressions, click-through rate (CTR), and conversions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve performance and ROI.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
- Experience in content planning, execution, and campaign management.
- Basic knowledge of paid advertising platforms such as Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Portfolio or examples of successful campaigns will be an added advantage.
