Role Description

The Content Creator at JIITAK will be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality digital content for the company’s social media platforms and digital presence. This role focuses on building brand identity, storytelling, and digital visibility through creative content such as AI-generated videos, reels, posts, graphics, and written content.

The Content Creator will work closely with marketing, design, and leadership teams to translate JIITAK’s vision, sustainability values, and digital innovation into compelling content that connects with audiences and strengthens the brand’s online presence.

This position requires a creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy individual who understands content trends, digital storytelling, and audience engagement, while contributing to long-term brand growth and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Create content for company social media platforms (AI videos, reels, posts, graphics, carousels, and short-form content)
• Develop content ideas aligned with brand identity and business goals
• Create scripts, captions, and written content for posts and videos
• Plan and manage content calendars
• Produce AI-generated content using relevant tools and platforms
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and technical teams
• Maintain brand voice, tone, and visual consistency
• Track engagement metrics and optimize content performance
• Stay updated with digital trends, AI tools, and social media innovations
• Support campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives through content

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Executive, or similar role (Freshers are also welcome)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends
• Experience with AI content tools, video creation, and digital platforms
• Creative thinking with strong storytelling ability
• Basic design and editing skills (Canva, video editors, AI tools, etc.)
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously
• High level of consistency, reliability, and discipline
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
