About the Role
We are looking for a camera-friendly, creative, and self-driven Content Creator to be the on-screen face and creative engine behind our social media content. You'll shoot reels, come up with fresh content ideas and help bring our brand's voice to life across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot and appear on camera for reels, short-form videos and other content formats comfortable being in front of the camera is a must.
- Generate innovative, trend-relevant content ideas for Instagram, YouTube Shorts and other platforms.
- Write and deliver scripts, hooks, and voiceovers in an engaging, relatable tone.
- Plan and execute content shoots from concept to final shot often independently.
- Collaborate with the design and editing team to ensure content is polished and on-brand.
- Stay on top of trending audio, formats, challenges, and content styles and adapt them creatively for our brand.
- Assist in content for product launches, webinars, events and campaigns.
- Maintain consistency in tone, energy and messaging across all content.
Requirements & Skills
- Confident and expressive on camera prior reels/content creation experience preferred.
- Strong sense of storytelling, humor and trend awareness.
- Ability to generate original content ideas regularly, not just execute given briefs.
- Basic understanding of shooting techniques (framing, lighting, angles) using a phone or camera.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro or similar) is a plus.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- 0–2 years of experience in content creation, influencing, or a similar on-camera role.
- Portfolio, reels or social media handle showcasing your on-camera work is mandatory.
