Responsibilities.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms.
- Develop, shoot and edit content ideas, concepts, scripts, captions, and creative campaigns.
- Create or coordinate photos, videos, reels, graphics, and other visual content.
- Manage and maintain a consistent content calendar.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams.
- Monitor content performance using relevant analytics and suggest improvements.
- Ensure all content follows the company's brand voice and guidelines.
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, algorithms, and emerging content platforms.
Key skills.
- Strong creativity and storytelling ability.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content trends.
- Good photography, videography, or video-editing skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
- Good research, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, English, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a related role is an advantage.
- A portfolio of previous work is preferred.
