Role Overview

We are looking for a content-first creative professional who understands how to engage, inform, and inspire audiences across platforms. If you enjoy building narratives, creating meaningful content, and shaping how brands communicate in the digital space, this role is for you.

This role brings together content creation and copywriting, with a strong emphasis on crafting engaging, insight-driven content that connects with audiences and strengthens brand voice.

At Grapes, you will work across brands and platforms, creating content that is not just seen, but remembered.


Roles & Responsibilities

Content Creation:

  • Develop engaging, insight-driven, and platform-specific content across social media, blogs, websites, and digital campaigns.
  • Create content that balances creativity with strategy, ensuring it resonates with the target audience and aligns with brand objectives.

Copywriting:

  • Write clear, compelling, and effective copy including captions, ad copies, taglines, scripts, and emailers.
  • Support content pieces with sharp, attention-grabbing hooks and messaging.

Campaign & Content Ideation:

  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and design teams to conceptualize content-led campaigns.
  • Contribute ideas that are culturally relevant, insight-driven, and platform-native.

Brand Storytelling & Voice:

  • Maintain and evolve brand tone, voice, and messaging consistency across all content formats.
  • Translate brand strategies into relatable and engaging narratives.

Quality & Consistency:

  • Ensure all content meets high standards of quality, accuracy, and creativity.
  • Proofread and refine content to maintain clarity and effectiveness.

Trend & Culture Awareness:

  • Stay updated with digital trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to create timely and relevant content.

Client Collaboration:

  • Understand client briefs, present content ideas, and incorporate feedback effectively to deliver strong outputs.


Desired Skills & Experience

  • A content-first mindset with the ability to create engaging narratives across formats and platforms.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking.
  • Experience in creating content for social media, blogs, and digital platforms.
  • Working knowledge of copywriting fundamentals (hooks, CTAs, messaging).
  • Strong conceptual thinking and idea generation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in content creation and copywriting, preferably in an agency setup.
