About the Role
We are looking for a creative, confident, and camera-friendly Content Creator who can create engaging content and become the face of our products and brand. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and audience engagement.
This role requires someone who enjoys being on camera, can communicate ideas effectively, and has the ability to produce content that enhances brand visibility across digital platforms. You will work closely with the marketing and design teams to create content that showcases our products, services, and company culture.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging and high-quality content for various digital platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media channels.
Represent and promote the company's products and services through creative and informative content.
Become the face of the brand by appearing in videos, product demonstrations, and promotional campaigns.
Conceptualise and execute content ideas that align with marketing and business objectives.
Develop short-form and long-form video content for social media and digital campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute content calendars and campaigns.
Conduct basic research on industry trends and competitor content to improve engagement strategies.
Participate in product launches, company events, and brand-building initiatives.
Write scripts, captions, and content copies when required.
Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual presentation across all platforms.
Analyse content performance and suggest improvements for future campaigns.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Content Creator or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking confidently.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, digital trends, and audience behaviour.
- Ability to manage multiple content projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of content planning and brand communication.
Preferred Skills
- Video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, VN, or similar software will be an added advantage.
- Experience in creating reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
- Basic photography or videography skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing and personal branding concepts.
- Experience in working with product-based or technology brands will be preferred.
