FountainEarth makes sustainable luxury accessories — belts, wallets, bags, pens — trusted by 10,000+ customers across 30+ countries, rated 4.8/5, backed by 65+ global design registrations. Our products are beautiful. We need someone who can show the world exactly that.
We are a bootstrapped brand, and we are ready to bring on our first content hire who will work directly with the founders.

The Role: Content Creator — Video, Photography & Performance
You will shoot it. Edit it. Post it. And make it perform.
From Instagram reels that stop the scroll to ad creatives that convert — you will own the visual story of FountainEarth end to end. This is not a brief-and-handoff role. This is a show-us-what-you-can-do role.
What you will work on:
→ Short-form video for Instagram — reels, stories, product showcases
→ Photography for organic posts, website, and editorial use
→ Ad creatives for Meta performance marketing campaigns
→ Ideating and executing content that drives both engagement and sales
What we are looking for:
→ Someone who can shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality video and images independently
→ An eye for premium aesthetics — you understand the difference between content that looks good and content that converts
→ Familiarity with performance marketing creatives (what works in a paid ad is different from what works organically — you know both)
→ Self-directed and fast — a two-person founding team cannot afford to babysit a content calendar
No minimum qualification. No degree required. Your portfolio is your CV.
