Hiring: Content Creator / Videographer to Document the Journey of Eleven Bakehouse
Over the last few years, we’ve been building Eleven Bakehouse from a small bento-cake idea into a growing dessert brand with multiple outlets and a central kitchen.
A lot happens behind the scenes every single day — product R&D, kitchen trials, outlet visits, team meetings, supplier discussions, new launches, and sometimes even mistakes that become lessons.
I’ve realized that these moments are worth documenting.
So I’m looking for someone who can follow me around and document the real journey of building a food brand.
Role: Content Creator / Videographer (Daily Vlogs)
Location: Bengaluru
What you’ll be doing:
• Shoot daily behind-the-scenes content with me (phone or camera)
• Capture real on-ground moments — kitchen trials, outlet visits, meetings, launches
• Edit short-form videos (Reels / Shorts style)
• Upload and manage posts across Instagram / YouTube Shorts / other platforms
• Help turn daily activities into engaging storytelling
This role is perfect for someone who:
• Loves food, startups, and storytelling
• Wants to learn how a QSR food brand is actually built
• Enjoys shooting raw, authentic content (not overly polished ads)
• Is comfortable filming on the go and editing quickly
