About the Company
Eat Better Co is a fast-growing, D2C healthy snacking brand on a mission to make everyday eating cleaner, smarter, and more joyful. Role Overview
We’re looking for a senior, hands-on content leader who can:
- Bring clarity, structure, and consistency to our social content
- Build strong content buckets and narratives aligned with brand and business goals
- Work with influencers and creators to deliver high-quality, high-performing content
- Ensure everything we publish is algorithm-smart, on-brand, and on time
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
- Build and own the Instagram content strategy and monthly/quarterly content calendars
- Define clear content buckets (education, brand storytelling, product, community, culture, performance-led content, etc.)
- Ensure a strong balance between brand-building and growth-led content
- Translate brand goals into content narratives and series
Instagram Optimisation & Performance
- Deep understanding of the Instagram algorithm (Reels, carousels, stories, hooks, watch-time, saves, shares)
- Guide formats, posting cadence, captions, hashtags, and CTAs for maximum impact
- Track performance metrics and optimise content based on insights
- Continuously test, learn, and evolve content formats
Influencer & Creator Collaborations
- Identify, onboard, and manage relevant influencers and creators aligned with the brand
- Brief creators clearly to ensure high-quality, on-brand deliverables
- Manage timelines, feedback loops, and final outputs
- Build long-term creator relationships, not just one-off posts
Content Direction & Execution
- Work closely with the internal production team to direct content creation
- Review scripts, concepts, and final outputs to ensure quality and consistency
- Maintain a high bar for visual language, tone, and storytelling
- Ensure content delivery is always on schedule
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing, brand, and growth teams
- Align content with product launches, campaigns, and business priorities
Experience & Skill Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in social media content, content strategy, or digital-first brand marketing
- Proven experience owning and scaling Instagram content for a consumer or D2C brand
- Strong understanding of content performance, analytics, and optimisation
- Experience working with influencers and creators end-to-end
- Ability to think strategically while remaining execution-focused
- Excellent communication, briefing, and feedback skills
- A strong sense of brand, storytelling, and internet culture
