We're a fast-growing social media marketing and personal branding agency. We create content that actually stops the scroll and we're looking for someone who lives and breathes short-form video. If your first instinct when you see something interesting is "this would make a great reel", you belong here.
What you'll do
Ideate, shoot, and edit Instagram & YouTube Reels end-to-end — concept to publish
Handle basic video editing: cuts, transitions, captions, trending audio sync, and color correction
Stay plugged into trending formats, meme cycles, and algorithm updates to keep content fresh
Collaborate with the strategy team to align content with client brand voice and campaign goals
Assist with on-location shoots, B-roll capture, and directing on-camera talent when needed
Maintain a content calendar and deliver on deadlines without follow-ups
What we're looking for
Reel-first mindset
You think in hooks, transitions, and retention loops — not just "pretty videos"
Basic editing tools
CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere — we care about output quality, not which tool you use
Platform awareness
Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and what makes content perform in each
Self-starter energy
Proactive with ideas, accountable on timelines, doesn't need hand-holding
Good to have
Experience creating content for brands, not just personal accounts
Comfort with on-camera presence — able to do voiceovers or appear in content if needed
Basic graphic design sense (Canva is enough)
Familiarity with travel, lifestyle, or wellness content niches
