ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Content Creator who lives on short-form video. You will own DialNexa's video presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube, building content that makes people stop scrolling, understand what we do, and want to know more.
This is not a role where you sit in meetings discussing content strategy. You will be on the floor shooting, editing, posting, and iterating every single week. You will work closely with the Marketing Team Lead and have direct access to the founders for product and company context.
We are an AI company, and we want our content to feel like it. Sharp, fast, and different from the boring B2B content that clogs up everyone's feed.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Short Form Video
- Shoot and edit reels and short-form videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, and X on a consistent weekly cadence
- Own the full production process from concept and scripting through to shooting, editing, and posting
- Build a content mix that includes product explainers, behind-the-scenes, founder stories, use case demos, and trend-led content
- Make DialNexa's product tangible and exciting for a non-technical audience without dumbing it down
YouTube
- Build and manage DialNexa's YouTube channel from the ground up
- Create longer form content, including product walkthroughs, customer stories, and thought leadership videos
- Handle thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and basic SEO to make sure content gets found
Platform Ownership
- Stay on top of format trends across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn video, and X video
- Know what is working on each platform and adapt content accordingly without losing the DialNexa voice
- Monitor performance metrics across platforms and bring clear observations on what to do more of and what to cut
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 1 to 2 years of experience creating video content professionally, for a brand, agency, or as a serious creator
- Strong editing skills, you are comfortable in CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar and you do not need a separate editor
- Good on-camera presence or experience directing others who are, either works
- A genuine feel for what makes a video stop the scroll in the first 2 seconds
- Comfortable shooting on a phone or camera and making it look intentional, not accidental
- You follow creators and brands whose content you admire, and you can articulate specifically why it works
- Organised enough to maintain a consistent posting schedule without it being chased out of you
THE AI-FIRST REQUIREMENT
We expect this person to use AI tools actively in their content workflow. That means using tools like Descript for editing, Opus Clip for repurposing long form into short form, CapCut AI features, or similar to move faster and produce more without sacrificing quality. If you are already doing this, tell us in your application.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience creating content for a B2B SaaS or tech brand
- Basic motion graphics or animation skills for adding text overlays, transitions, and visual hooks
- Comfort in front of the camera yourself, not just behind it
- Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools like Buffer, Later, or native platform insights
