Key Responsibilities
- Transform large construction datasets (surveys, skill gap reports, training analytics) into engaging blog posts, case studies, and infographics
- Format and publish technical engineering content on WordPress (articles on BIM, safety standards, project management, civil engineering trends)
- Research construction industry topics and create SEO-optimized content for better Google rankings
- Collaborate with our Instructional Design team to convert training data into downloadable resources (whitepapers, checklists)
- Create LinkedIn-ready posts, carousels, and industry updates from our proprietary datasets
- Manage content calendar for consistent publishing (3-5 posts/week)
- Update existing content based on new survey findings and industry developments
Required Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years' experience in content creation/writing (blogs, social media, technical content preferred)
- Expert in WordPress (post creation, formatting, SEO plugins like Yoast/RankMath)
- Strong data formatting skills (Excel to readable content, tables/charts for WordPress)
- Excellent English writing skills (construction terminology, technical accuracy)
- Familiarity with construction topics (BIM, safety protocols, site management, civil engineering)
- Bonus: Canva/graphic design for featured images, infographics from data
