Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Content Creator, based in Hyderabad. The Content Creator will be responsible for designing and developing engaging digital content aligned with brand objectives. Day-to-day tasks will include creating high-quality multimedia content, planning and managing content calendars, collaborating with marketing teams, and analyzing content performance metrics to optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and publish content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand goals
- Shoot, edit, and produce videos, reels, and graphics
- Write compelling captions, scripts, and posts
- Stay updated with industry trends and viral formats
- Analyze content performance and optimize strategy
- Collaborate with marketing/design teams
- Maintain brand voice and consistency
Qualifications
- Content Creation, Writing, and Storytelling skills.
- Social Media Management and Content Strategy expertise.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Video Shooting.
- Experience with Graphic Design and Video Editing software.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and improve content performance.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work on-site in Hyderabad.
- Prior experience in content creation or digital marketing is a plus
- Strong storytelling and creativity.
- Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Understanding of social media algorithms.
- Knowledge of trends, hashtags, and audience behaviour.
- Time management and consistency.
