JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a creative and dynamic Content Creator to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating engaging video content, marketing collateral, social media creatives, and brand communication materials that effectively represent the company and its product.
The candidate will work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to create innovative content strategies that increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Video Content Creation: Plan, shoot, edit, and produce engaging videos for social media, marketing campaigns, product promotions, and branding activities.
• Marketing Collateral Development: Design and create brochures, presentations, posters, flyers, banners, social media creatives, and other promotional materials.
• Social Media Content: Develop creative content ideas, reels, short-form videos, and posts for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Brand Communication: Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand identity, tone, and messaging.
• Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create content for product launches, events, campaigns, and lead generation activities.
• Photography & Editing: Capture and edit photos/videos for internal and external marketing purposes.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated with current content trends, social media algorithms, and competitor activities to create relevant and high-performing content.
• Content Planning: Assist in creating content calendars, campaign concepts, and marketing strategies.
• Event Coverage: Attend company events, exhibitions, meetings, or client visits to capture content and create promotional materials when required.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong creativity and storytelling abilities.
• Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and current content trends.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Attention to detail and strong visual aesthetics.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in content creation, video production, or digital marketing.
• Basic understanding of branding and marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with SaaS products and technology-driven businesses is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of photography, animation, or motion graphics is a plus.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, Design, Journalism, or a related field.
• 1– 2 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management preferred.
• Freshers with strong portfolios and creative skills may also apply.
