I’m looking for someone who can help us turn ideas into content.
At REFURBI, we’re building in the refurbished electronics space — and we want to build a strong content engine around technology, business, products and the behind-the-scenes of building the company.
We’re looking for a Content Creator / Video Editor who can take ownership of content from start to finish.
What you’ll be doing:
🎥 Shoot videos & reels
✂️ Edit short-form videos for Instagram, LinkedIn & other platform
s💡 Brainstorm content ideas and hook
s📱 Turn ideas into engaging reel
s🎬 Handle shooting, framing, lighting & basic productio
n🧠 Understand what makes people stop scrollin
g📅 Plan and post content consistently and on tim
e📈 Keep an eye on trends and experiment with new format
s🤝 Work directly with me to turn business ideas into conten
t
Most importantly
:I need someone who is comfortable picking up a camera, shooting, editing and getting the content out
.
This is NOT a role where you simply receive a brief and wait for instructions
.
I want someone who can say

”
Who I’m looking for
:
• Strong video editing skill
s• Good understanding of Instagram Reels / short-form conten
t• Capable of shooting good-quality video
s• Creative thinker with strong content instinct
s• Good sense of pacing, hooks, storytelling and musi
c• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environmen
t• Someone who actually follows technology, creators and social media trend
s• 0–2 years experience is completely fine if you’re genuinely good at what you d
o
Experience with Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut / After Effects is a plus
