We're Hiring: Content Creator & Video Editor
📍 Onsite | Faridabad | Full-time
We're a new D2C skincare brand and we believe great content is our biggest advantage. We're looking for one person who can do it all - edit videos that stop the scroll, shoot and retouch beautiful product imagery, use AI tools to create content faster, and help us build a strategy that actually grows the brand.
If you live and breathe Instagram Reels, know exactly why some videos go viral and others don't, and get excited about skincare - this role was written for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
✂ Video Editing
• Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) with strong hook-hold-CTA structure
• Nail cut timing, pacing, transitions, and trending audio
• Edit longer brand/YouTube videos with captions, colour grading, and motion graphics
🖼 Photo Editing
• Retouch product and lifestyle photography for feed, ads, and website
• Maintain a consistent, beautiful brand aesthetic across all visuals
🤖 AI Content Creation
• Use tools like Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Adobe Firefly to generate and enhance assets
• Speed up production using AI without sacrificing quality
📅 Content Strategy & Brainstorming
• Own the content calendar — plan 30–60 days ahead
• Run weekly brainstorms tied to product launches, trends, and brand moments
• Analyse performance (views, saves, shares, watch time) and iterate fast
• Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes and creator trends

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-haves:
• Strong video editing skills — Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
• Photo editing — Photoshop and/or Lightroom
• Hands-on experience with AI image/video tools
• Deep understanding of what makes Reels perform — instinctively
• Ability to think like a strategist, not just an executor
• Genuine interest in skincare and beauty
Good to have:
• Can shoot on phone or DSLR/mirrorless camera
• Can write captions and hooks
• Prior D2C or beauty brand experience
