Job Title: Content Creator and Video Editor

Job DescriptionEbase Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Content Creator & Video Editor who will also manage our social media accounts. The candidate should be confident to be the face of our videos, present properties on camera, and handle complete content creation and editing for our real estate brand.
A videographer/shooting person will be provided, but the candidate must be comfortable presenting on camera and coordinating during shoots.
Key Responsibilities- Be the on-camera face for real estate videos, reels, and promotional content
- Present and explain property details confidently in good English
- Coordinate with the videographer during shoots
- Edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube long videos, and ads
- Add subtitles, transitions, effects, voiceovers, and background music
- Create engaging content ideas as per social media trends
- Manage and handle the company’s Instagram, YouTube, Facebook & other platforms
- Upload content regularly, write captions, and manage posting schedules
- Maintain brand consistency in all content and designs
- Work with the marketing team to improve reach, engagement, and lead generation
Requirements- Strong communication skills with good English speaking ability
- Confident and presentable personality for camera
- Experience in content creation and video editing
- Knowledge of tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, CapCut, Photoshop etc.
- Understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and audience engagement
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Portfolio / sample work is mandatory
Preferred Skills- Experience in real estate content creation
- Knowledge of scripting and content planning
- Basic knowledge of camera angles and video framing is a plus
