Company Description: Oasis is a fine art studio for children and adults, through classes, workshops, events, experiences and celebrations. Every day produces something worth showing: a first portrait, a canvas three weeks in the making, a six-year-old discovering what happens when two colours meet, a studio full of friends painting at a birthday. We want a content creator with the eye to capture all of this and bring it to life across our online and client facing platforms.
The Role:
- Full time, on site in Vasant Vihar.
- Six days a week, Sundays included
- 11 am to 7 pm, or 11:30 am to 7:30 pm
Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator and Coordinator role based in Delhi, India. The role involves planning, creating, and publishing digital content (text, images, short videos, and reels) that showcases studio sessions, programs, artists, and participant work across social media, the website, and other communication channels.
- The Content Creator and Coordinator will manage content calendars, coordinate with artists and facilitators for updates and visual assets, and ensure timely coverage of ongoing studio and corporate sessions.
- Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting posts and newsletters, capturing and organizing media during sessions, maintaining consistent brand voice, and preparing basic reports on content performance.
- The role also requires collaborating with the studio administration team on promotional campaigns, events, and outreach to corporate, school, and NGO partners.
Qualifications
- Content creation and writing skills, including clear, engaging copywriting for social media, websites, and newsletters.
- Visual content skills such as basic photography, videography, and simple editing for short-form content and reels: Comfortable with Canva, Edits, ChatGPT or other AI tools, and MS Office or Google Workspace
- Coordination and organizational skills to manage content calendars, session coverage, stakeholder communication, and timely delivery.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, basic analytics, and digital marketing concepts for audience engagement and growth: Stay on top of Instagram trends, formats and audio, and adapt them to the studio style.
- Comfort working in an art studio environment and collaborating closely with practicing artists, children, and adult participants.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently within a small, mission-driven team, as well as support the administrative team with client management.
- Prior experience in content creation, communications, or marketing is preferred; experience in art, design, or creative education is an advantage.
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Communications, English, Design, Fine Arts, or Media Studies) or equivalent practical experience. Students doing distance programs will not be considered.
