What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone strong across these key areas:
1. Shoot Execution
- Hands-on experience with product/content shoots
- Strong understanding of artificial lighting (very important)
- Comfortable using DSLR and/or mobile for shooting
2. Editing & Content Creation
- Strong photo and video editing skills
- Comfortable working with editing tools/software for creating high-quality outputs
- Ability to turn raw content into clean, engaging outputs
- Good sense of visual storytelling and transitions
3. On-Camera Comfort
- Comfortable being in front of the camera when required
- Confident in contributing to video-based content
4. Organization & Process
- Highly organized with content, files, and workflows
- Comfortable managing large volumes of content
- Familiar with trackers / Excel / structured file management
5. Platform Awareness
- Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest ecosystems
- Understanding of platform-specific content styles, formats, and user behavior
- Awareness of current content trends and what performs well across platforms
- Interest in experimenting and continuously improving content quality
What Will Help You Stand Out
- Experience with product shoots
- Ability to work with UGC or external content
- Strong eye for aesthetics and styling
- Familiarity with AI tools for editing or ideation
