This role is within the HR technology and global freelance marketplace sector, focused on talent discovery, creator-led growth, and marketplace engagement for enterprise and SMB clients across India. The team drives platform growth through social-first storytelling, creator partnerships, and data-led campaigns that convert awareness into qualified talent matches.
Primary Job Title: Social Media Content Manager
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute a high-impact social content strategy across short-form video and static formats to grow awareness, engagement, and platform sign-ups.
- Own the content calendar: plan, commission, produce, and publish weekly campaigns aligned to product launches, talent programs, and seasonal peaks.
- Produce and edit short-form video and visual assets (in-house or with creators), ensuring brand consistency, platform-native formats, and fast turnaround.
- Use analytics and A/B testing to optimize creative, posting cadence, and CTAs—drive measurable improvements in reach, engagement, and conversion funnels.
- Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Creator Partnerships to align paid/social activations, UGC sourcing, and creator monetization programs.
- Manage and mentor a roster of freelance creators and content partners; enforce editorial standards and streamline production workflows for scale.
