We are looking for a versatile Content & Copywriter who can combine compelling storytelling with strategic messaging to create content that informs, engages, and converts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both content writing and copywriting, with the ability to simplify complex technology concepts and adapt their writing to different audiences, platforms, and brand voices.
Role Overview
You will manage end-to-end content and copy delivery across multiple client accounts, creating everything from SEO blogs and website content to landing pages, ad copy, email campaigns, social media content, case studies, and marketing collaterals.
You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing client feedback, maintaining quality standards, and using AI tools to improve research, ideation, writing, and editing workflows.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Writing & Copywriting
- Create high-quality content and compelling copy for websites, landing pages, blogs, SEO articles, LinkedIn, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, case studies, video scripts, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
- Write persuasive, audience-focused copy that supports brand awareness, lead generation, engagement, and conversions.
- Translate complex B2B technology products and services into clear, engaging, and benefit-driven messaging for business decision-makers.
- Develop content aligned with client objectives, target audiences, brand positioning, tone of voice, and marketing goals.
- Adapt writing styles across formats, industries, channels, and stages of the B2B buyer journey.
2. Content Strategy & Planning
- Understand content briefs, campaign objectives, audience personas, and business goals before developing content.
- Contribute to content strategies, editorial calendars, campaign concepts, messaging frameworks, and content distribution plans.
- Identify relevant topics, content angles, audience pain points, and storytelling opportunities.
- Align content with SEO fundamentals, search intent, and relevant keywords wherever required.
3. AI-Assisted Writing & Optimization
- Use AI writing tools and LLMs to support research, brainstorming, content outlines, first drafts, headline variations, and content repurposing.
- Create effective prompts to generate relevant, context-rich, and usable outputs.
- Review, edit, and humanize AI-assisted content to ensure originality, accuracy, clarity, brand consistency, and a natural writing style.
- Identify and eliminate generic, repetitive, vague, or AI-sounding language.
- Build repeatable AI-assisted workflows that improve efficiency without compromising creativity or content quality.
4. Editing, Quality Control & Delivery
- Edit and proofread content for grammar, clarity, structure, tone, factual accuracy, and consistency.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure deliverables meet client requirements and brand guidelines.
- Manage revisions, stakeholder feedback, and approval cycles while maintaining high editorial standards.
- Ensure timely delivery of multiple content assignments across client accounts.
- Develop and follow content processes that improve quality, consistency, and workflow efficiency.
5. Collaboration & Client Coordination
- Work closely with content strategists, designers, digital marketers, SEO specialists, web developers, and account managers.
- Coordinate with clients on content briefs, feedback, revisions, and approvals for assigned accounts, where required.
- Incorporate feedback constructively and maintain clear communication throughout the content delivery process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in content writing, copywriting, or a combination of both.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in both long-form content and short-form, conversion-focused copywriting.
- A strong portfolio showcasing blogs, website content, landing pages, social media posts, email campaigns, ad copy, case studies, or other marketing assets.
- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify technical or complex concepts into clear, compelling, audience-focused messaging.
