Content Coordinator and Operations Manager
RailsCarma is looking for a versatile, operations-driven Content Coordinator and Operations Manager with a solid journalism background to lead our digital publishing lifecycle.
Responsibilities
• Oversee high-quality Hindi and English digital publishing pipelines, applying seasoned journalistic standards to edit and shape content. • Streamline and manage content workflows between writers, editors, and distribution channels. • Manage schedules, track delivery deadlines, and ensure strict quality control checks. • Plan editorial calendars that align with digital engagement and operations goals.
Requirements
• Background in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field. • 5+ years of solid experience in digital publishing or content management. • Native-level proficiency in Hindi (North Indian background) and excellent command of English.
