We’re building an AI + human-powered family assistant that helps working families reclaim their time and mental space.
We’re looking for a Founding Content & Community Lead who wants to help build this category from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
• Own HULP’s LinkedIn and Instagram presence
• Work directly with leadership to create authentic content
• Turn customer conversations into stories and insights
• Build content around family life, parenting, coordination, and mental load
• Write posts, newsletters, case studies, and community updates
• Create simple but effective content calendars
• Manage our early families program
• Speak with users and gather insights
• Build relationships with our founding families
• Create referral and ambassador programs
• Organize small online/offline community initiatives
• Support waitlist growth initiatives
• Work with designers on content and campaigns
• Help shape HULP’s brand voice and positioning
Ideal Candidate
• Strong storytelling and writing skills
• Strong empathy for working families
• Enjoys speaking to customers and uncovering insights
• Excited by early-stage startups
• Comfortable moving between strategy and execution
• Comfortable creating content hands-on rather than managing agencies
Bonus
• Experience building communities
• Worked in consumer startups
• Built personal or brand social media audiences
• Experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, Canva, Notion, or AI content tools
