About the Role
We are building a new-age platform at the intersection of travel, wellness, and experiences.
At the core is a strong travel services engine, layered with a fast-growing wellness ecosystem bringing together retreats, resorts, and curated experiences.
This role is central to building our content, voice, and community — while enabling the backend execution that powers real experiences.
What You’ll Own
Content & Platform Presence (Primary Focus)
· Manage presence across Instagram, Threads, Reddit, LinkedIn
· Create consistent, high-frequency content (posts, reels, stories)
· Engage actively with trends and audience conversations
· Handle DMs, comments, and interactions
Community Building
· Engage wellness-focused communities
· Build relationships with retreat operators, facilitators, and brands
· Support corporate outreach for wellness programs
· Grow a trusted ecosystem (users + partners)
Lead Handling & Curation
· Respond to inbound queries
· Recommend experiences and retreats
· Assist with itineraries and proposals
· Support conversion into bookings
Operations (Supporting Layer)
· Coordinate with vendors and hotels
· Assist in costing, bookings, and confirmations
· Maintain trackers and execution hygiene
· Support on-ground experiences when needed
Who This Role is For
· 0–2 years experience
· Background in travel, hospitality, content, or media preferred
· Comfortable with content + coordination
· High ownership and proactive mindset
Compensation & Growth
· ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
· ESOPs based on performance
· Exposure across content, community, and business
