Role Summary/Purpose
- As a remote full-time Content & Communications Specialist at Pixel Digital Marketing, you will support our clients’ content, communications, and digital campaign strategies across multiple platforms and industries.
- You will be responsible for planning and coordinating monthly content calendars, overseeing written and visual communications, coordinating with designers and videographers, and contributing to the creation of compelling content for both organic social media and paid advertising campaigns.
- You will also support the development of campaign messaging and content across multiple touchpoints, including social media, digital ads, website content, landing pages, presentations, and email marketing materials.
- Your role involves ensuring all content aligns with client objectives, brand guidelines, campaign goals, and platform best practices. You will also monitor content performance and help optimize strategies based on insights and results.
- The role is ideal for someone who enjoys creative ideation, storytelling, campaign concepts, and brand communications across digital platforms.
- Ideal candidates have experience in Social Media, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields, preferably within a marketing agency environment.

Essential Responsibilities
- Write, edit, review, and coordinate content for social media, digital ads, landing pages, website pages, presentations, and email marketing campaigns.
- Assist in developing campaign concepts, creative directions, messaging angles, and communication strategies across digital platforms, including both written and visual content.
- Work closely with designers and videographers to develop creative briefs and content concepts, including storytelling, visual direction, frame-by-frame guidance, captions, and campaign messaging.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, content formats, engagement tools, and best practices across platforms, including reels, stories, carousels, countdowns, stickers, and interactive content.
- Ensure all content aligns with each client’s brand tone of voice, communication style, target audience, campaign objectives, and platform best practices.
- Plan, coordinate, schedule, and publish monthly organic and paid content across digital platforms.
- Assist in developing and executing content strategies, communication plans, social media calendars, and digital advertising campaigns aligned with client objectives.
- Research trends, competitor activity, and content performance insights to contribute fresh ideas and create content optimized to drive engagement and results.
- Monitor content and campaign performance to understand which messaging, creatives, formats, and content types perform best across different platforms and audiences.
- Carry out quality checks on creative and written content before sharing with clients, provide internal feedback where needed, and participate in relevant internal and client meetings.
- Other relevant tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience in content creation, social media, marketing, communications, or a similar role.
- Strong copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills across different digital formats and platforms.
- Experience creating and managing content calendars for organic social media and paid advertising campaigns.
- Ability to develop content concepts, messaging angles, and creative briefs.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, engagement tools, and digital marketing best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with designers, videographers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality content.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, visual, and written communication skills.
- Excellent command of English, including strong grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.
- Proactive self-starter, able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience within a marketing or advertising agency environment.
- Experience managing multiple brands/accounts simultaneously.
- Experience with website content, landing pages, presentations, and email marketing content.
- Familiarity with paid social and digital advertising content.
- Understanding of content performance metrics, engagement analysis, and content optimization.
- Working proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
