We’re Hiring: Content & Campaign Strategist

ClassicHub is looking for a creative and trend-aware Content Strategist who has previously worked in an advertising agency, digital marketing agency, content studio, or social media agency.
The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, Gen Z content behaviour, AI tools, campaign ideation, and end-to-end content execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create content strategies and monthly calendars for client brands
• Research trends, reels, memes, hooks, creators, and competitor content
• Develop campaign ideas from concept to execution
• Write captions, hooks, reel scripts, content notes, and creative briefs
• Plan content for reels, statics, carousels, stories, YouTube, and digital campaigns
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, copywriters, brand managers, and performance team
• Use AI tools for research, ideation, scripting, and content improvement
• Review content before client sharing or publishing
• Ensure content is engaging, brand-aligned, and platform-relevant
Required Skills:
• Prior agency experience is preferred
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Good sense of trends, Gen Z language, internet culture, reels, and memes
• Experience in campaign ideation and execution
• Ability to write clear briefs, captions, hooks, and scripts
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, and other content tools
• Strong command over English, Hindi, and Marathi
• Ability to manage multiple brands in a fast-paced agency environment
Preferred Candidate:
• Has worked on multiple client brands
• Actively follows trends, creators, brands, and viral content
• Can convert client briefs into strong content ideas and campaigns
• Can balance creativity with business objectives
