Vani Kabir Multiverse Pvt Ltd is looking for a creative, strategic, and highly internet-savvy Content & Brand Strategist to lead our digital storytelling, brand communication, and organic growth initiatives across major platforms.
This role is focused on building strong brand visibility through content strategy, audience psychology, storytelling, and platform-first execution. The ideal candidate understands how modern brands grow organically through engaging content, strong positioning, and consistent communication rather than relying heavily on paid advertising.
We are looking for someone who understands internet culture, social behaviour, content virality, and how to create narratives that build long-term audience trust and engagement.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute high-impact content and brand strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other major digital platforms.
• Plan and oversee content calendars, campaign concepts, brand messaging, captions, reels, carousels, and storytelling formats.
• Build organic growth strategies focused on audience engagement, retention, community building, and brand recall.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, messaging, and visual positioning across all digital touchpoints.
• Analyse audience behaviour, content performance, social trends, and platform algorithm updates to optimise strategy and engagement.
• Collaborate with designers, editors, content creators, and marketing teams to execute campaigns efficiently.
• Generate creative ideas for viral campaigns, brand storytelling initiatives, and high-engagement content formats.
• Monitor content analytics, engagement insights, and growth metrics to continuously improve digital performance.
• Strengthen online community engagement through audience interaction and strategic communication.
Qualifications & Requirements
• 1–5+ years of experience in content strategy, branding, social media marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and short-form content ecosystems.
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of audience psychology, organic marketing, and digital brand-building.
• Ability to think creatively while operating in a fast-paced and execution-heavy environment.
• Experience with content planning tools, analytics platforms, Canva, Meta tools, or editing software is preferred.
• Candidates with a strong sense of internet culture, trend analysis, and content positioning will be preferred.
