What This Role Is About
This is not a “make things look pretty” brand role.
You will own how the brand grows across messaging, content, and consumer perception.
At the same time, you’ll ensure content actually drives business outcomes, not just vanity metrics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
Define and evolve UltraCare PRO’s brand positioning, voice, and narrative
Translate product features into sharp, differentiated consumer messaging
Ensure consistency across all touchpoints (Amazon, quickcomm, website, ads, social, packaging)
2. Content Ownership (End-to-End)
Own the brand content calendar across platforms (Meta, Amazon, website, email, etc.)
Work with designers, video editors, creators and social media executives to produce high-quality content.
Give clear briefs and even clearer feedback
Ensure content is not just “on-brand” but also performance-driven
3. Performance-Driven Creativity
Collaborate with performance marketing team to:
Test hooks, angles, and creatives
Identify winning narratives
Scale what works
Continuously iterate based on data (CTR, CVR, engagement, retention)
4. Marketplace & Conversion Thinking
Improve brand presence on Amazon and other marketplaces(images, A+, storytelling)
Align content with awareness, consideration & conversion KPIs, not just aesthetics
Audit competitors and identify gaps we can exploit
5. Consumer & Category Insights
Deeply understand the customer:
Pain points
Triggers
Objections
Turn insights into campaigns and content angles
Stay on top of category trends and competitor moves
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in brand or content roles (D2C preferred)
Understanding of performance marketing + content interplay
Someone who can:
Think strategically
Execute hands-on
And move fast without overthinking
Experience with:
Meta ads creatives
Amazon listings/content
Working with creators/influencers
High ownership mindset — you don’t wait for instructions
