About the Role
We are looking for a Content & Brand Strategist to help shape how our company and products are perceived in the market.
This is a strategic role for someone who understands how brands are built through content, positioning, storytelling, and industry expertise.
You will work directly with leadership, product teams, marketers, designers, and content writers to define messaging, develop content strategies, identify market opportunities, and establish AltimaCRM as a recognized authority within the fintech and brokerage technology space.

What You'll DoBrand Positioning & Messaging
- Develop and refine AltimaCRM's positioning, messaging, and market narrative
- Identify key differentiators and competitive advantages
- Ensure consistency across all marketing and communication channels
Content Strategy
- Build and manage editorial calendars
- Identify high-impact content opportunities across websites, newsletters, LinkedIn, industry publications, and events
- Create detailed content briefs for writers and designers
- Guide the development of pillar content, thought leadership pieces, whitepapers, case studies, and product marketing materials
Thought Leadership
- Collaborate with company leadership to develop executive thought leadership content
- Identify industry trends and transform them into compelling content initiatives
- Build authority for both the company and its leadership team
Market & Competitor Research
- Monitor competitors, industry developments, and emerging trends
- Identify content gaps and opportunities
- Develop strategies that increase visibility and share of voice within the industry
SEO & AI Search Strategy
- Help shape content strategies that improve visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms
- Work closely with content creators to ensure content aligns with modern search behaviors and user intent
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product managers, developers, designers, and content writers
- Translate technical product capabilities into clear market-facing narratives
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in content marketing, brand strategy, content strategy, or B2B marketing
- Strong understanding of how content contributes to brand growth and market positioning
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience developing content strategies rather than simply creating content
- Ability to understand complex technology products and communicate their value clearly
- Strong understanding of SEO and content-driven growth
Preferred Experience
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, financial services, trading technology, or B2B software
- Experience building thought leadership programs for founders, executives, or brands
- Familiarity with content performance metrics, audience segmentation, and buyer journeys
- Experience working with technical products and subject matter experts
